For reservations with the possibility of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we require a prepayment of 30% of the stay value. If the payment is not made, the reservation is cancelled. The Guest may cancel the stay free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival – in this case, the paid advance will be returned within 21 days after email confirmation of the refund amount. In case of cancellation after this date or a no-show, a fee of 30% of the reservation value will be charged. Shortening the stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.
