Treatments are provided on weekdays except arrival and departure days, from 08:00 to 15:30.
Package offer - cancellation or non-use of specific services does not entitle to price reduction. Individual elements cannot be exchanged.

Children are allowed - please notify reception after booking.
Children aged 0–3 stay free if sharing a bed with parents.
Children aged 4–12 can use an extra bed at 360 PLN per child per night. Price includes same meals as parents: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Children are not covered by medical services (treatments, consultations, or other medical offerings during stay).
For reservations with the possibility of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we require a prepayment of 30% of the stay value. If the payment is not made, the reservation is cancelled. The Guest may cancel the stay free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival – in this case, the paid advance will be returned within 21 days after email confirmation of the refund amount. In case of cancellation after this date or a no-show, a fee of 30% of the reservation value will be charged. Shortening the stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.
