A non-refundable reservation requires a full prepayment of 70% of the stay value and is non-refundable, nor can it be cancelled free of charge. Failure to make the payment will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. In case of cancellation or a no-show, the collected amount is non-refundable. If the Guest decides to shorten their stay while it is ongoing, the fee remains unchanged.
