Treatments are given on weekdays except arrival and departure days, from 08:00 to 15:30.
Package offer - cancellation or non-use of individual services does not entitle to a price reduction. Items in the offer cannot be exchanged.

It is possible to arrive with children - please notify reception after booking.
Children aged 0–3 stay free if sleeping in parents' bed.
Children aged 4–12 can use an extra bed at 360 PLN per child per night, including the same meals as parents: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Children are not covered by medical benefits (treatments, consultations, or other medical services offered during the stay).
For reservations with the possibility of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we require a prepayment of 30% of the stay value. If the payment is not made, the reservation is cancelled. The Guest may cancel the stay free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival – in this case, the paid advance will be returned within 21 days after email confirmation of the refund amount. In case of cancellation after this date or a no-show, a fee of 30% of the reservation value will be charged. Shortening the stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.
