Safe Hotel – Safe Guest
With safety in mind, we present the measures we have implemented at the Spa Budowlani Hotel and Sanatorium Complex
We inform that our staff have undergone training on the observance of special safety measures and follow the recommendations regarding special precautions according to GIS and WHO guidelines.
I. RECEPTION / ROOM
- Hotel service staff wear protective masks/face shields and gloves.
- Systematic disinfection of doors, handles, reception desk surfaces, handrails, terminals, room cards, sofas, armchairs, etc., in the lobby area.
- Limiting the number of people waiting in line at the reception and maintaining appropriate distance between guests in the queue.
- Minimizing guest service time at the Reception.
- Providing hand sanitizer for guests in the reception hall.
- Mandatory disinfection of each room after guest departure before the next guest arrival.
- Disinfection of devices, furniture, handles, fixtures, handrails, TV remote controls, phones, kettles, and other items in the room, along with room ventilation.
- Strict ban on non-registered persons staying in the room.
- Prohibition on using blow dryers provided in the room.
- Reception provides information on the maximum number of people allowed in the Complex and the reception lobby, along with phone numbers for the Sanitary Inspection and addresses of nearby pharmacies.
II. GASTRONOMY
- Providing hand sanitizer for guests at the entrance to the dining room and café.
- Implementing safe distances between tables/chairs in the dining room, café, and summer garden.
- Disinfection of tables, chairs, trays, etc., and sterilization of cutlery and place settings after each guest.
- Dining and café staff wear protective masks/face shields and gloves.
- Meals and drinks are served at the table by wait staff.
- Information about the maximum number of people allowed inside the Dining Room/Café is provided at the entrance.
III. COMMON AREAS
- Public zones are common public spaces where wearing masks is mandatory for both staff and guests. Masks can be purchased at Reception.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in our Complex.
- Hand sanitizer is available for guests in the reception lobby, on each floor near the elevators, and at entrances to conference rooms, toilets, etc.
- Detailed disinfection of common areas such as conference rooms and exercise rooms is performed once daily.
- Detailed disinfection of public restrooms.
- Disinfection of elevators.
- Regular ventilation of common areas.
- Elevator usage is limited to a maximum of 2 persons maintaining a safe distance (does not apply to families);
IV. SPA SALON AND MEDICAL TREATMENT ROOMS
- Limiting the number of people using SPA & Wellness facilities and treatment rooms at the same time.
- Scheduling clients for specific times with intervals required for disinfecting rooms and equipment. Waiting rooms are not available.
- Clients must wear masks and protective gloves during treatments.
- Hand disinfection before and after treatments.
- Use of mobile phones in the SPA salon and treatment rooms is temporarily prohibited.
- Disinfection of countertops and chairs after each use.
- Regular disinfection of all rooms, equipment, and cosmetics.
- Maintaining safe distance between stations.
- Staff wear protective masks/face shields and gloves.
- Information about the maximum number of people allowed in the salon/treatment room is available at the entrance.
GENERAL
- According to current regulations, the pool, sauna, fitness room, playroom, and children's playground are closed until further notice.
- Following GIS and WHO recommendations, which are mandatory guidelines.
- Systematic procedure supervision by the management team.
